Delivery Information

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days of being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
UK Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK.

- FREE standard delivery on orders over £40
- Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, weekends, bank holidays and circumstances outside our control.
Some larger or heavier items may be sent using a specialist courier service.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
If an order is showing as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbours and any designated safe place before contacting us.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
